In Blackened brass. A shaped oval voided frame with the letters ‘R’ and ‘S’ across the midpoints. In the centre the monogram ‘RVB’ with an imperial crown above. To the reverse two loops east-west.
The earlier version, in use 1888 to 1902, is similar but with a convex top type Victorian crown.
