Your post just came up on an internet search for this maker/retailer. The actual address is 26 King Street. I know because I have one to the South Wales Borderers with a very clear stamp on the shank. I cannot fond anything on Richardson either, but the badge is a good earlier pattern with sweat holes behind the sphinx and at the bottom of the S, W and B.
