ww2 Glider Pilot S/S C.E. Bridge/badges
I have a lot of Glider Pilot Badges, dog tags and photo and it belonged to Staff Sergeant C.E. ("Jeff") Bridge army number 3781110.
Any idea how I can find more about this glider pilot? Kind regards, Jean-Baptiste |

Glider Pilot badge
Interesting, the Glider Pilot cap badge is missing and an Army Air Corps badge is present, maybe an enquiry to the AAC museum could help.

Hi, I have checked the GPR roll of honour and he is not listed as decorated, wounded, or POW. All I can suggest is a written enquiry to the AAC museum at Middle Wallop.

You need to be a relative of the soldier in question to obtain his service records. Only other advice is to make contact with the glider pilots association. Kev C |

My late-grandfather served with the GPR.
If you need contact details for the GPR Association, let me know. Best regards D. |

GPR AAC badge
Hi Jack
I can not post as my regular computer crashed! No access to e-mail etc. It looks however exactly the same as the war-time one from the IWM posted by Hagwalter with the footed lugs. Rgds JB |
