Default KDG, Roughrider,Derbyshire

I managed to pick these 3 up on the weekend. I'm happy with them but they come with a money back guarantee. Just checking with the forum to see that I'm not missing something obvious.

Default KDG

Hello Jim, The KDG looks fine to me. Length of an original should be 46mm give or take. I can't see any braze holes but these are always a good indicator. Attached photo's of the example in my collection.
Cardiffbloke is the resident expert on this regiment.
Cheers.

So this is 'his' good info, not mine. He did a series of them and I have
found them extremely informative - from memory, he identified 3 variations
in this particular style of post 1915 KDG badge. Worth a read.
Does it have braze holes beind the slider?

Sorry; but am at my work computer and for some crazy reason it wont let me view your pics! But the rule of thumb is fairly simple. If it is less than 50mm in length (more toward the 45/47mm mark) and has brazing holes of whatever variety (round; square;oblong 2/4) or the entire rim of the central garter has been brazed on then its a winner. Any that are 50mm, have a smooth back or makers mark on the slider are ringers. Hope that is of help....

Drebyshire Yeomanry looks ok imo as manry Yeomanry ORs were bronzed, it appears this is quite normal mostly for yeomanry badges, i have a couple of Bronzed Yeomanry badges myself.

Smile Rough Riders badge

The Rough Riders badge looks a good one to me, white metal centre piece attached by small "ears", slider slightly shorter than badge, signs of service wear. I have had a couple of these in the past, lovely badge.
