Naval Badge.

I've got a badge that I would like to identify.

The badge has an anchor with blue and white waves with a sea horse .The badge is hall marked with a pin for wearing. Thank you. Lyn.

Lyn, from the description it sounds like a sweetheart or lapel badge, not an item of uniform wear. A photo would help a lot - the only sea horse crest that springs to my mind is HMS Belfast. Hopefully a 'navy' expert will give you a pointer in the right direction.
