Australian corps of signals pre 1931 badge.
Dear All.
As I seem to be on somewhat of a roll on the Forum at present I thought I would chance my arm at hopefully finding something. I have been advised by my friend and guru Cliff Lord Oh yes and well know author !!!!!!!!!!!!!! There was an Australian Corps of Signals cap badge prior to the 1931-1941 version that had no scroll at the bottom with the words Certa Cito on it. Just the roundal with the words Australian Corps of Signals. I anybody within the forum has such a badge is there any chance of a photograph please. I feel more than happy that Cliff has advised me of this but I have never seen one. Secondly and still on the Australain Corps of Signals badge hunt. I am advised that there is not only a 1930 Blue Enamalled cap badge like I already have in my web site but there was a RED/BROWN version of this private purchase item aswell. Again if anyone has a photograph I would be delighted to see it. I am advised that this particular version of the badge is AS RARE AS HENS TEETH. Home some of you ladies and gentlemen can help. With my kind regards Chris Walker |

Hi Chris,
That scroll less version of that Signals badge you are chasing is extremely rare - In all my years of collecting the only picture of one I have seen is in Jeff Cossum's book! Mick |
