Default 16th Lancers Pennants

Apologies as this is not a question within the scope of a "badge", but this section seems more suitable than in the general section.

Unfortunately I don't have a copy of the this Regiments history, but
can someone let me know whether the 16th Light Dragoons (raised 1759)
/ name changed to 16th (The Queen's) Lancers in 1861 - within its existence - ever have lance pennants that were blue and white rather
than red and white? If they did, what was the period of use?

Many thanks, david

David. The 16th changed title to Lancers in 1816 not 1861. Do a Google on 'Lance Pennons' and '16th Lancers' for loads of history. I've had a quick trawl myself but there is only mention of red over white. Incidentally, they are called 'pennons' not 'pennants.'

Double point are Pennons and Single Point are Pennants. Blue and white are the Royal Signals TAC Colours
