This happened last July in Benghazi Commonwealth War Cemetery, and all the damage has since been replaced.

Its good that it's been put back but this sort of thing has happened in several places, in this country too.

Indeed it has Lee, and good that the CWGC work hard to maintain & repair them. Yes even in the UK War Graves have been discrated at times, in Harrogate the Book of Remberance was set on fire a few years back, a a small number of plots had spray paint on them.
