Bow and Arrow lapel pin - Association?

Lovely little sterling silver and deep blue enamel lapel pin--I would say no later than 1950's or so. Don't recognize it as a military insignia (other than AA Command, but of course the colours are wrong, and there are two arrows, not one); any ideas if this is an association or veterans' group of some kind?

Are there any markings on the reverse which might shed some light on it?

Probably not a Military Badge, could be an Archery Club or possibly the Ancient Order of Foresters? Regards, Clive.

Thanks for the replies so far; the only marking to the reverse is the "STERLING" mark.
