Summer Time and the collecting is ....
Been very quiet on the Canadian front the last couple of weeks. Are Canadian collectors affected by the seasons? Instead of sitting in front of the computer screen, we are all out enjoying the brief season of long days and warm temperatures?

I've been right here Bill, but like you say I haven't seen much. So here are some beauties to look at. I don't collect these any more only pictures of them. The one in the center is Lake uperior Regt. Ray

Hi Bill, I've noticed a slow down on a few other forums I'm on as well. Maybe some of the collectors are getting to their "honey-do lists".
I just persuaded my dad to join the forum, I don't know how much posting he'll do, but he'll be around lurking. Jaime |

Ray, nice images. I wonder which cap badge device was used on the LSR cap?
Jaime, your dad is a welcome addition to the forum. He has an incredible wealth of knowledge. Hope to see him posting. |

Hi All,
No such luck of us British collectors having to give up posting due to the weather.Only wish I could. I'm sure most of us took up the hobby because we couldn't take up outdoor pursuits due to the chances of us getting hyperthermia from exposure. Regards Bantam |

Hi Bill, Wayne made a post yesterday afternoon on the sweetheart thread. He was able to give a bit more info on a post that Larry Will put up. It made him feel good to contribute.
I don't know if I like him getting so comfortable with the Computer, it means less time typing the next auction catolgue! Jaime |

Bill according to my info here the LSR wore the full size cap badge unlike some Regiments that wore the left collar dog. I see the Algonquins did also. Ray
