Default What I would really like for Christmas !!

If I am lucky and my Lottery numbers come up and I can find somewhere to put it, this is what I would like for Christmas:

What would other members like ?

I'd like a copy of Chris's book on A/A badges. And, being greedy a hornby dcc class 50 loco with sound. Though as my six year old said earnestly 'I hope that it isn't as loud as the real thing'

Peter, Should mine come up - a half share in that...... if it doesn't, I'll settle for a case of Crabbies Green Ginger wine....
Have a good one.

Matti,

There are a couple of things that are making me have second thoughts, the first being the seller is not going to deliver it (Free collection in person )

Secondly the advert says it is the only complete plane of its type in existance.

The pictures dont give the impression that it is complete and I wonder where the missing parts might be found to enable Dave to weld them back on.

Peter

A 110 Land Rover, military spec would be nice. In desert camo.

Peter,
Having chatted to the guys on this forum for so many years I get the vibe that, if we all got our heads together, between us we could fix this thing up nicely get it in perfect order and have a gentle discussion over exactly which badges should be on it.

Skyline Chili to be calorie free (anyone with knowledge of Cincinnati will know what I mean)...

otherwise a complete understanding of what the Royal Munster Fusiliers wore on their FSHs.

A time-machine, digital camera and loads of batteries & storage cards would be good to go back and get all those pictures of badges/devices being worn for the 'no picture, no proof' brigade.

I like to be thought of as honest as the day is long but I'm sad to say that if a " time machine " scenario was at hand, all I would need is a pair of quiet trainers and a large suitcase ??

Dave.

I don't think that there is actually much chance of Peter's Jet flying again.

Maybe turning it into a Time Machine would meet with more success, I think all that would be needed is some Gaffer tape, a large catapult and of course a "Flux Capacitor". All available as original items on Ebay so I reckon we could have it ready to go within a few days allowing for the mail.

We seem to have two willing volunteer test pilots, David with his camera and Dave with his suitcase, do we have the coordinates for Gaunts old factory?

Good luck Space Cadets, I hope you make it home in time for Christmas!

Regards

Ry

P.s. Almost forgot, I'd like one of these please:
