Canadian Boer War Officers Cap Badge
Made from Sterling Silver, not marked but I have had it tested by a jeweler. Multi piece con struction and the cross on the top of the crown is Gold.....

Hi Paul.....
From what I understand there were none for Officers except unit..... I.E. R.C.R., C.M.R. (I have), 1st Canadian (I have)...... and in another thread Canadian Scouts only I miss-spelt it Xanadian Scouts and could not edit it or delete post maybe I missed something..... I also have the Type 2, and Type 3 issue Cap Badges....... I have a Type One but the stem on the leaf is broken off, there is a tale that this means he's a Mason but I am not to sure of that legend..... Mike |
