See here http://www.britishbadgeforum.com/for...ghlight=Kuwait

This guy appears to be asking for advice prior to selling his stuff. If I am wrong I apologise!

Yes, a lot of "what is it and what's it worth" questions from another very new member.

Like you Eddie, I also suspect we are being conned into spending valuable time and effort in order to increase profit on ebay. Seems to be happening more and more often.

Please read this http://www.britishbadgeforum.com/forum_rules.htm before posting.

I'm not asking for a valuation, just an identification.

In this post perhaps not but in most of your other posts value has been a concern.

Default 5th RIDG

The horse badge is a 5th Royal Inniskilling Dragoon Guards arm badge.

I just find that it is always useful to know the value of a badge regardless of whether you intend to sell it or not.

Hello jabell257. As has been indicated by several Forum members, it is far better if you are upfront about your intentions. IF you are going to use the Forum for identification and intend to sell the badges an appropriate course of action would be to offer the insignia for sale on this Forum to those who assisted you.

One can also use the forum to identify whether items are fake or genuine.

Simple searches usually show up details with little effort as a lot of the questions have been asked before.

As an example, these two badges are fake.
