Thanks Phillip. Some good discussion but no consensus on what it is yet apparently.

Flight Surgeon, 1963
This is not your badge Sapper00 but I came across it today while reading the Jan-Feb 1964, Vol 16, No.1 issue of The Roundel.
The caption reads: "This badge, introduced officially last summer, is worn on the left breast pocket of medical officers who have completed the flight surgeons' course at I.A.M. or equivalent. To date, 65 RCAF, seven RCN and two Canadian Army medical officers have been awarded this badge." This style must have only been in use for a few years? Regards, Wayne Logus |

Thanks for solving the mystery Phillip. Do you happen to have a reference? Thanks,
