My Dad. John Saunders was the first to be made up to the Rank of Fleet Chief when it was re- introduced in 1970
He was in the Fleet Air Arm and served on Albion, Eagle and Ark Royal before moving to RNAS Yeovilton on the introduction of the Phantom (Omega Squadron)
