I don’t see how he is a bad seller. They are very clearly sold as seen, in bold in his descriptions. None were listed as or claimed to original in the titles

PLEASE BE FULLY AWARE THAT I AM NOT A DEALER OR A COLLECTOR OF CAP BADGES AND I HAVE NO KNOWLEDGE ABOUT THE SUBJECT, THE ITEMS LISTED ARE FROM MY LATE FATHERS COLLECTION AND I NEED TO FIND NEW HOMES FOR THEM ALL, THEREFORE WHAT YOU SEE IN THE PHOTO'S IS THE EXACT ITEM AND THIS IS EXACTLY WHAT YOU WILL RECIEVE

OBVIOUSLY IN A USED CONDITION AND REMAINS PRESENTABLE AS SEEN

The seller sent you the items, which you received. They’ve done nothing wrong and would suggest have been honest and fulfilled their end of the contract.

We often rightly criticise sellers on here for flogging duds as originals, this is not the case here.

Simply put this is all on you I’m afraid.

In my opinion before any body starts collecting they should do a lot of research purchased good ref books ,see if they can find a mentor to help ,asked for recommendations re sellers If collectors don't do this why moan
Started collecting to an artist approx 7 years ago ,before parting with any cashI spent approx 9mths researching him
