Default Hi, new here looking for information. New 18 Sig Regt

badge, has anyone seen it yet? We are awaiting delivery of ours for eventual view, as part of an updated formation badge display I am setting up.

Could be a while until display is completed since getting badges from some units is like pulling teeth, in contrast to the above unit who have been more than helpful.

One more question, if I may, the SRR stable belt any ideas of colour?

James

Hi James, you can try www.signalsbadges.co.uk . If it isn't on that site, maybe Chris, who runs the site, will be able to help you. Regards Andrew

Default 18 SIG REGT NEW BADGE

DEAR JAMES

MOST INTERESTED IN THE NEW 18 SIGS REGT BADGE. I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT IT IS.

I RECENTLY OBTAINED THE FOUR NEW DESIGN BULLION/WIRE WOVEN BADGES FROM THE MUSEUM AND THEY ARE NOW ON MY LITTLE WEB SITE WWW.SIGNALSBADGES.CO.UK

WOULD LIKE MORE INFO ON THIS BADGE MYSELF.

IS IT A CAP BADGE? IS IT METAL OR CLOTH? IS IT JUST A TRF BADGE?

HAVE NO INFO WHAT SO EVER, SORRY.

KIND REGARDS

CHRIS WALKER

Alright mate, not sure whether you have the info you wanted yet, but the new 18 Sigs insignia is not a TRF and not a cap badge either. In the next few months its gonna be the insignia printed on the buckle of the new black stable belt. The new 18 sigs insignia is an upside down sword with 3 flashes going through it horizontally and has the roman numerals; X V III going through the dagger, underneath the flashes. Hope this helps.
