The display team are not established as the original team was disbanded back in about 1994. The reduction in the size of the Corps could not sustain the employment of that many people on the 'black economy' as well as the White helmets mortorcycle dispaly team.

The team were started again a few years later and are volunteers from other units. They jump in their spare time and weekends rather than being permanently employed with the team.

The team is very well established, and you are correct that most jumps are done in their spare time and at weekends. They are trying to establish permanently again, but with so many operations, you are right that it is hard for them to be concentrate solely on their jumps.I will ask my pal to see if theres any pics of them being worn on their FS (Formation Skydive) suits.
regards

Sorry I used the term 'established' meaning that they are not a formed and authorised unit with their own manpower liability.
No one is posted to them unlike the White Helmets who are full time.
