Default Texaco Petrol Badges

Hi Guys,

I understand that in the 1970's Texaco petrol made a series of cap badges known as 'Great British Regiments'.

Does anyone have further details or examples of such items?

Regards

Chris

I doubt that these 'badges' will fool anyone as they are only about 1 inch in height.

Yes, and being made of plastic will be a give away but they are still a reproduction of sort and need to be accounted for.

A similar collection was also put out of Canadian badges. In one case, the badges ended up "separated" from the card display board. A "militaria" vendor was selling a few of them as "scarce" beret badges. ......
