Arnhem Commemorative Medal

Has anyone come across this medal? Issued apparently to those survivors or NOK of those who had taken part on the 50th aniverssary. I have a friend who is trying to trace a supplier for the medal ribbon, any ideas?

Spinks made and sold it IIRC, although Worcmedals can supply ribbon IIRC.
