Default unknown air related blazer badge?

Had this one for years , I have a vague recollection of seeing a reference to it somewhere. Is it a school or something to do with R.A.F.A perhaps?

Not anything I recognise, but being a school archivist too, looks more like a school blazer badge, but the size for a cap. The motto does not compute in a google search..

Yes it is a bit small for blazer. I see what you mean re school cap perhaps.
It just seems an unusual design for a school.

That is interesting Luc as that vague memory I have was something South American so the Spanish may fit?

It seems a classic education can still beat Google translate.
