Unknown Belgian Pocket Fob
Hi Guys,
I got this from a lad at work today but teh way he described what it was, was a bit vague. I think a lot was lost in translation. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks, Bill

Hi Bill, the Belgian have as many badges on a fob as the French army. Do you recall, roughly, what this badge could relate to.

Hi Jo,
The way he tried to explain it, it sounded like a type of NAAFI thing. Doing catering, bars etc. I might have picked him up wrong though. I'll have to ask him next time I see him. Bill

Hi Didier,
Definately Belgian. The guy who gave it to me works in my department, he's Belgian Paratrooper and he wore it before he came to work in NATO here in London. Regards Bill

Gents,
Made enquiries with some of our Belgian colleagues here in the NATO building and the badge is for a unit called: Bn Quaartier General Etat Major Def Q RA (HQ Battalion Queen Astrid Barracks) and it's for a unit that does various roles, catering, sports service and infrastructure. Any onther info I get I'll post on here. Thanks for your interest Bill
