I'm afraid that is not the "In-exile" pattern, rather it is the type produced (early) after liberation for the newly raised fusileer bns. It is therefore still WW2 but probably made in 1944 rather than any earlier.
These types vary immensely, but some do look rather like the "in exile" pattern. To me, it seems too rough and the backing material wrong. Please check out my gallery of BELGIUM titles for more pics.
