Hello all
I have two Green Jackets Brigade badges in a/a both marked JR GAUNT LONDON. Noticed today one of them has two markings i.e makers name below crown and also on slider is this unusual and can it be used to date the badge?

Hi Tony,

There was a thread concerning this fairly recently. It was one of "Hagwalther's".

It may be worth having a trawl through his history to see if you can find it.

The Green Jackets Bgde came into being in 1958 and went in 1968.

Hi Guys,

Nice badge - probably pre 1966.

It's when the body says J.R.GAUNT LONDON and the slider says J.R.GAUNT B'HAM that things get interesting.

I'd never noticed it on my one. Both Gaunt London thankfully.
