Default No. 34 Squadron RAF patch, WW1 or WW2?

Hey guys,

Picked this up in a lot of Canadian badges, it is framed and the badge is undamaged, though the moths tried to eat around it . I have looked up info on the squadron but cannot find any pictures of this badge in particular, could anyone give me a heads up on its rarity and which war its from?

Thanks!

It looks like a blazer badge, when did veterans start wearing blazers with badges?

Try googling Air of Authority. It's a site devoted to the RAF with lots of good stuff on it, including, if my memory serves me correctly (always a dodgy proposition!) squadron badges. David

Quite a few. My stepfather had a 'special blazer' with a very nice RA badge on the pocket, and so did most of his FEPOW friends. I recall seeing Jim Neville wearing an RE one and another guy wearing a REME one.
