You have the term wrong, it is 'sand CAST' (IE made in a sand mould), which is common for locally made badges in Africa and India and the like. Yes, it looks sand cast to me.

Thanks for the IDing.
As for the size of the pics, i have to cut down a lot of the size as i use my works laptop for storing the images, and they take up a lot of space. That said, i didnt realise how small they appeared.Will endeavour to make larger in the future. Regards Jon |
