Default Cyclist Draft

Hi there.

Is someone here able to let me know some details of the elusive Canadian Cyclist Draft cap badge? I noticed one has come up on e-pay but there seems to be almost no info around on them.

The front looks, to me, a match to what they are suppose to look like (referencing the line drawings by Babin, so not at all conclusive) and 1 other picture I found on the net. I note the one in the CEF project it voided, so not sure if that means anything.

The flat back (so die cast?) has striations, and again, not sure it f that is relevant or not.

Any info would be gratefully received.

Cheers, Tim

Default Cyclist Draft

Hi Tim! The badge is as follows
A Crown on a banner over a ribbon with CYCLISTS on it, over a bicycle wheel with a maple leaf and a ribbon with CANADA on it, over a banner with SILENT ET CELER on it.

It may or may not be "void between the upper ribbon and wheel and lower ribbon and wheel. The crown may also be voided. It may be marked with the Makers Mark of BIRKS.
