Default 2/1 Armoured Brigade Reconnaissance Squadron

What formation sign did the 2/1 Armoured Brigade Reconnaissance Squadron wear in 1943-1945?

Default 2/1 Armd Bde Recce Sqn

This is the best I can do. I believe that the colour Mid Green was changed to Green by authority of GRO414(?)/44. Mike

Here's an opposing colour patch that they wore.

They also didn't have any formation patch. Only a colour patch.

Hi Mick,

That's a RH 2/2nd Recce Sqn patch, not the opposing patch of the 2/1st. The green was worn to the wearer's front in the 2/1st. Both patches were only worn for about a year in 1942.
