Speaking as a child that spent 2 years there in the late 70s and then an adult as part of the "Last British Border Patrol" stepping through shorelines of shit..... his day would have been a tough one

I worked for the Hong Kong Government for 37 years - the Urban Services Department Health Inspectors - inspected restaurants and markets etc for cleanliness and general health issues. |
