Unknown Patch - Any Ideas?
I picked this patch out of a box of cloth at a flea market and was wondering if anyone has any idea what it might be. It is the same size as a Div patch and has a paper backing but other than that I have no idea what is is supposed to represent. Any help would be appreciated.

I've looked at the Nepalese flag and don't really see the connection. I've Googled Nepalese military insignia but haven't found anything similar. Thanks for the input, you may be right about Nepal. I'll keep searching for the connection.

Mike,
I think you're right. After reviewing the standard for the SA, it does look the same. The patch looks to be 40's or 50's construction so I'll see if I can find any photos of the patch being worn. There must be someone out there that collects SA items. Hopefully I can connect with them. Thanks very much.
