Default Is this Jimmy Canadian Signals?

Could anybody help me identify this unknown Jimmy.
Is it a Canadian Signals arm badge?

The ones I have for the RCCS are about 1.5 inches high and in white metal. Yours look too tall and appear to be brass unless it's a trick of the light.

Here is the back of it, it looks to be A/A and it is a coppery colour, it's not brass.
