Default Need Help Identify Possible Irish related badge

Hello,

I am looking for help identifying this badge? It obviously has some sort of Irish connection because of the Harp and shamrocks. I am thinking it could be connected to an Irish connected regiment in the American or Canadian military. Any help appreciated!!

Thanks
