As a postscript on this one, having passed the money over to the EYA and squared off my files etc., I then had a request from the British Library to supply copies to their other five libraries (request in this instance being an instruction!)
I've therefore had to do a reprint so now have some copies available if anyone is still interested in a copy. Price is unchanged and again all surplus at the end will go to the regiment.
Also, to those who already have a copy, I am working on the first of my 'irregular updates' to send round. Stand by your emails..
