The Perthshire double headed eagle with the motto around.
Pro Rege Lege Et Grege.
Around the rim of this coin is impressed, Payable at the house of Pat.K.Maxwell XX.
Coin was struck at the Soho Mint Birmingham on Mathew Boultons steam presses.

Bronze 14mm 4.4gms Pella mint.
Ob: Three letter monogram Delta Eta Rho within a circle and laurel wreath.
Rev: BA-IS either side of a crested Macedonian helmet, anchor in left field.
Quite a character helped to destroy Ptolemys fleet at the battle of Salamis 306 BC. Had five wives Phila of Syria; Eurdice of Athens; Diadema of Epirus; Lanasa of Epirus; Ptolamais of Egypt plus numerous affairs including the Athenian courtesan Lamia. Died of overindulgence while under house arrest in Syria aged 54.

ENTIRLEY ENGLISH. Atablet below inscribed ATAVIS REGIBVS (from royal ancestry).
Extract from her speech to Parliament. I know my own heart to be entirely English, I can very sincerely assure you. there is not any thing you can expect or desire from me which I shall not be ready to do for the Happiness and Prosperity of England.
Her Coronation followed a month later April 23rd 1702 St. Georges day.

Thanks Irish here is something a little different.
Kiku Gata 91mm 139.6gm.
Late Momoyama period (1600s) Saotome design of folded iron tsuba.
Piece originally had sukashi & kozuka/kogai hitzu which have been filled and lacqured later in the Edo period.
The petals have three different textures concave convex and lacqured to create a visual motion when moved in the light. The lacquer has a glass like finish, evidence of a clear wax presence.

Ob: 3/4 length Emperor facing holding cross.
Rev: Virgin Enthroned.
The Latin state was founded by the 4th Crusade.

St. Andrew on his cross flanked by thistles, above the motto NEMO ME IMPUNE LACESSIT. Castle within a shield flanked by thistle sprays, fouled anchor above
EDINBUGH HALFPENNY.
Stamped around the rim, X PAYABLE AT THE WHAREHOUSE OF THO & ALEXr HUTCHISON X. Hutchison's were ships chandlers & wharehouse factors Port of Leith Edinburgh.

Ob:Bust right IMP CM AVR ANTONINVS AVG.
Rev: Delta Epsilon star beneath within laurel wreath topped with a crown of ivy leaves. Assassinated in Rome at the age of 18.

Mysia Roman colony of Parium 27BC-14AD.
Ae 18 x 4gm.
Ob: Bare head of Augustus right, AG behind.
Rev: Two priests with oxen ploughing.
This was the ritual of Sulcus Primigenius ploughing the boundry of the colony dividing up the area into equal portions which the veteran legionaires then drew lots for. Thus creating a reserve of trained soldiers in newly conquored areas.
