Default SLIDERS AND LUGS

Does anyone know if any officers’ badges that had sliders or did they all have lugs?

Some had sliders, eg RNF gilt and silver badge for the forage cap.

Officer badges can be found with them all; sliders, lugs and blades.

I've two silver officer's badges with sliders. I understand that the purchaser would specify which fixture.
I've come across blades NS or EW or even three - ie NEW.
Also, of course the same with loops

Herewith a 1918 5th Bn (officers unofficial) badge with NS blades (Spencer & Co).
A silver plate 1939 Pattern 8th Lpl Irish) Bn officer's with slider (Gaunt).
1896 Pattern regular S&G officer's badge with loop and tongue / blade - which would tuck into the bottom of the cap band (unmarked Gaunt).
