Default Buying British WW1 uniform

Hi all

Could anyone recommend a shop/shops which deal in original British WW1 uniforms/webbing/equipment for sale? Not much shows up on eBay, and the shops I've visited seem to do mainly reproduction stuff.

Thanks

Colin

Colin,

I have dealt with Regimentals for over 40 years do your research and you'll be fine(and no my collection is not full of fakes). I have had to returned one or two items and never had an issue getting a refund which is more than I can say about many of the less well established dealers I have had the misfortune to deal with(none of the above mentioned included).

regards

Mark

Just backing Marks observations. Bit late I know! Regimentals are very good. I have been a customer for 25 years and had some excellent items but like everything know your subject. Only once had to return an item and got a no quibbles refund with no ill feelings. Some rare items have been sourced thro them. Pricey but if bought and kept you win in the long term.
