Its a patch indicating Whiskey Coy. 45 Commando, but beyond that I don't know.

X-ray company use A Nessie with a dagger in his/her mouth
Zulu company use a Zulu shield with crossed spears
42 Cdo company's Mike company also use a Spartan but only the head and helmet
I think all the Coy's generally use or have used coy level badges
