Canadian Nurses in Japan.....
MH 33011
The first Canadian nurses in Japan are shown upon their arrival at Haneda Air Force Base, Tokyo. Left to right: Lieutenant Wilma Kilpatrick, Lieutenant Margaret Scott, Lieutenant Rachel Plant, Captain Ann Boully (Royal Australian Nursing Service, who was on hand to greet the nurses), and Captain Margaret Poddridge, senior nurse of the group. http://media.iwm.org.uk/iwm/mediaLib...3597/large.jpg

That photo would probably have been taken in July 1951, as that was when the first Canadian Nursing Sisters were attached to the BCGH at Kure, Japan.
