Can anyone identify these 2 formation signs?
I recently purchased a collection of formation signs and division patches and can't identify the following two items. I have attached a photo of each one. Can anyone help me with identification?

The rubberised red one depicts the Lion of Saint Mark and is worn by Italian Marines.
