Default Jump’s wings made by Gaunt

Hello,
Can you give me your opinion on these wings
Are genuine or fake ?
Have they been worn during WW2 ?
Thanks for answers.

The mark looks good..... its pre 1970s certainly. They are for US Airborne.... are they not (or do the Canadians have this style as well)?

JB

A nice pair of US Jump wings

I have an example of US aircrew wings made by Gaunt WW2 unmarked but well known makers the give away is the pin (hinge)construction

I also have a Marine Corp cap badge maker marked Gaunt as with yours.
