Default What uniform was this attached to?

Hi Guy's,

The badges seem to be on tropical cloth of the type worn in the middle east but the commando group badge is upside down, made up badge?

I have a similar patch (Royal Engineers) that was worn in Malaya when the old sweat I know was doing his national service.

He said that it was easier to wash clothes if div/corps signs were removable and could be kept in good condition, also the humidity and jungle didn't help colour dyed cloth badges.

I'm I missing something here? I thought all Commando Patches were worn wedge point down, but with dagger pointing upwards? Local produced prehaps??

You are absolutely right
I hadn't realised that it was the wrong way up
I would think that this has got to be a fake, but there must be more of these dagger badges out there as you wouldn't just make them up to fake these things.
Cheers
Irv
