Constantines victory of the Samatians in 323 AD was fought in the territory of Licinivs this led to civil war between them. |

Ob: Laureate draped bust right. ANTONINVS PMS AV. Rev: Capricorn right holding globe between claws cornucopia on back. CGIHP below. Coloniae Gemella Ivlia Hadriana Pariana. (Twin founded colony of Parium initially named after Julius Caesars daughter Julia later further expanded by Hadrian). The twin refers to the nearby colony of Lampsacos whose coins bore the legend CGIL. These are professional photos not my meager efforts, the coin is much darker in hand. SNG Bn 1494.
