Default A few unknowns ( at least to me )

Any thoughts appreciated on the attached. In the case of the RAC badge I wonder if the backing is a fantasy item or does it have any significance ?

Thanks in advance.

P.B.

P.S.I wont be keeping the items.

White circle on black is 29th Independent Infantry Brigade. First pattern.

Default Unknowns

Barishall cadet college?
Barbados cadet corps? All guesses

RAC. The size of the backing I’m guessing something like a slouch hat, might help to narrow down the search
