Default possible 43rd Brigade variation?

I picked up the attached badge at the Military Heraldry Society meeting at Holmes Chapel, Cheshire, on Saturday. It is very dark blue or black, on very dark green.
Is this a variation of 43rd Brigade, or something else?
Any information would be useful. Thanks in advance.

Badger, not 100% but believe this is a current HQ SW badge, definitely seen it worn in the last 6 months - Regards Mark

Thanks for the suggestion. Now that you have mentioned it, I do remember having read somewhere that 43rd Brigade was changing its designation to HQ South West, so possibly that may be the badge adopted. I hope perhaps someone may be able to confirm for sure.
