Default South African Irish

Hello All,
Comments welcome on this large South African Irish badge.
Is it possibly a Piper's badge?
Thanks, John

Excellent stuff, thanks very much.
I note that strings of the harps are "solid" in the illustrations.
My badge is a different pattern and strings are voided. Any significance?
Thanks, John

Hi John,
Thank you for the link to a great site.
It seems my badge is an officer's issue.
Cheers, John
