Default Mystery? It is to me...

Hi, all. Cannot dig up any information on this badge, even tried an image search and turned up nothing. Badge is about 36 mm diameter, no markings on back. Is anyone able to identify?

Thank you, Normandie. Could you please elaborate a little bit? This is a museum piece which lacks the necessary background information. Is your meaning related to the link below? I googled "free french women volunteer" and got this connection.

Normandie and Jon, thank you kindly for your assistance. Fortunately, "the google" was kind enough to translate the magazine pages, so all is good.
