Default Buttons

Hi there, I mainly collect badges and titles,but recently I have started collecting military buttons, can anyone let me know what outlet is the best to buy from,I have bought from members and ebay,I am looking for victorian buttons, but have usual brass buttons,thankyou for any help. Mike c.

It all depends on your budget and the time you are able or willing to spend on searching.

Hi, I have warrenvance on my saved sellers list,and have bought some buttons from him,as for budget if I like the button then I would buy it,and time, well I have plenty of that and spend quite a few hours looking.thanks for answering guys. Mike c

Hi Mick,

I wished I had just gone for Officer’s gilt buttons when I took up buttoneering and it wasn’t that I wasn’t warned about the delights of the shiny variety. I have a number of swaps in Infantry, YeomanryLondon Regiment and cavalry if you have likewise just PM me, cheers and good luck, Dean.
