Default Strange collette cap

Do you know what model of cap is this? It's look a Collette with the arrow marking, just like in GS caps I know...but I have never seen before...

the cap is fine, just has a fake badge put on it, pay the price for the hat with no badge, in that condition about £20-30 imo
