Default Unknow Indian LoC formation insignia

Recently purchased in a lot comprehensive of GHQ India insignia and two Baluch Regiment slip ons: I think I've found somewhere these two formation cloth insignias are to be referred to some Indian Lines of Communication Command, but I'm not sure... is it anything related to the Baluch Regiment? Thank you so much in advance for your kind help!
