The formation sign is that of British Commonwealth Forces, Korea. It was introduced for wear by British Commonwealth Occupation Force, Japan and from 1950 use was extended to British Commonwealth Forces in Korea (other than those in 1st Commonwealth Division). HQ BCF Japan was located at Kure and closed in early 1956.

Morning, the 3 R 22é R title is a workdress / DEU title, 1990's on for the 3 Battalion Royal 22é Régiment.

I think it must be the Canadian Army abbreviation for Working Dress. Linguistically not to be confused with Wardress (a female Warder)!

Just to add to Bill's information, the 22e Regiment is known as the "Van Doos", a sort of mispronunciation of vingt deux, meaning 22 in French. Their regimental museum is at the Citadel in Quebec City. David
